Covid-19 Online Bill Payment Fee Waiver

Effective immediately, customers will pay no fee to pay their bill online with our authorized payment processor.

The fee waiver is planned to continue until Sept. 1, 2020.

Rate Increase (January 1, 2020)

Beginning September 2020, billing, we will have a rate increase of 5% (Residential Rate) and 7% (Commercial Rate). There will be no change to the base rate.
